As a founding officer and President of Fraga Management, Inc. (“Fraga Properties”), originated in January 2000, Albert J Fraga supervises all aspects of internal operations and directs development and conversion activities. Capitalizing on the over 45 years of experience, the Company has grown to become one of the highly regarded operators in the industry and is widely recognized for its ability to deliver quality developments and increased value for its properties.

Albert J. Fraga
Albert is the president and one of the co-founders of Fraga Properties and has been involved in the industry since 1987. Prior to forming Fraga Properties, he worked for 15 years at the FIRC Group, a shopping center management and development company located in Miami, FL.
Albert’s primary role is identifying opportunities, acquisitions, management and leasing. Albert is also involved with construction management, overseeing the project managers for the different developments the company has undertaken. He is involved in the sale of assets and with cultivating the relationships with their investors. He has been involved with over 4,000,000 SF of management, development and redevelopment projects from South Florida to North Carolina.
Albert is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Latin Builder’s Association. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesman and is a member of the Greater Miami and the Beaches Board of Realtors.
Antonio (Tony) C. Fraga
Tony is one of the co-founders of Fraga Properties and has been involved in the industry since 1983. He is a graduate of the University of Miami, having obtained both his MBA and undergraduate degrees at the University, specializing in Finance and Marketing. Prior to forming Fraga Properties, he worked for 17 years at the FIRC Group, a shopping center management and development company located in Miami, Fl.
Tony’s primary role is identifying opportunities, acquisitions, financing, and working through the entitlement process with local governments. Along with Albert, he is involved in the sale of assets and with cultivating the relationships with their investors. He has been involved with over 4,000,000 SF of management, development and redevelopment projects from South Florida to North Carolina.
Tony is a member and past Chairman of the Miami-Dade Planning Advisory Board, has been a director for Take Stock in Children and the local Board for the Salvation Army. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Latin Builder’s Association and is a member of the Greater Miami and the Beaches Board of Realtors. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker.
Director of Real Estate
Ray has been in the Real Estate profession for over 30 years and is fluent in both Spanish as well as English. He is responsible for the mof Fraga Properties’ Florida properties as well as the management of Shops of Doral.
Ray’s major accomplishments include the development and lease-up of several new commercial developments in South Florida which were later sold for over $110 million dollars at substantial profit including the above mentioned Miami Airport Center; the Airport Business Center of Miami, a 550,000 square foot industrial project also located in the heart of the west airport industrial area; Bird Ludlam Shopping Center, a 200,000 sf retail project in Miami near the Coral Gables area; Colonial Palms Shopping Center, in the falls area of Miami and several other projects. Ray also co-brokered the leasing of two department stores on second floor locations in Downtown Miami; Marshall’s and Ross Stores, Inc. These were the first department stores to open for business in Downtown Miami in 20 years.
Ray is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.
Milly has more than 15 years of Real Estate experience, since the establishment of Fraga Properties. She is responsible for all Accounting and Financing for the Fraga portfolio as well as the personal Accounting for Mr. Albert Fraga. Milly also oversees the managing of the day-to-day operations and has developed professional relationships with the firm’s clients. She has been with Fraga Properties since 2002.
As a resident of Miami, Milly attended Miami-Dade College, where she earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration. She is also a Licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate and is fluent in English, Spanish.
Connie joined Fraga Properties in September 2020 but she has a long time association with the Fraga family. In 1986, Connie was a store manager and President of the Merchant’s Association in a shopping center owned by the Fraga family. In 1996, she was hired by Albert Fraga and became the Regional Property Manager and Leasing Representative at FIRC Group where she worked for 24 years. At FIRC, Connie leased and managed more than 15 properties, handled 3rd party leasing and assisted with the development of new centers and the sales of others. Recently, she represented La Colonia Medical in expanding their chain of medical clinics and wellness centers with 5 new locations. She holds a Florida Real Estate Salesperson’s license and is a member of ICSC.
